#488: Wrong header file names in base type documentation

Header files stated in the documentation for base types (http://rock-
robotics.org/stable/documentation/base_types.html) are all lower case
which are wrong. Took me a couple of hours to realize this. Probably the
documentation needs an update.

While the documentation definitely needs to be updated, there are backward
compatibility headers that should allow you to use the old names (and then
you get a warning ... :P). Didn't that work ?

Hmm. No, I got errors with the old names. I took a look at the generated
CMake files and the backward compatibility folder seems to be included
there but at the orogen phase I received the error.

Anywho, it works now :)
